What Makes Us Unique? Our Desire To Improve.

Here at Premier, we are constantly looking for ways to improve. Accomplishing this requires us to listen to our customers. Through this approach, we have added a web portal for our tenants. The portal allows our tenants to sign on to their own secure site and do things such as: submit maintenance requests, ask a question or even pay their rent. This portal allows us to communicate with each of our customers more easily as well. By request, we began doing occasional newsletters in order to inform or educate our customers about important issues that affect their lives. From a simple reminder about a spring sump pump check to updates on legal matters that affect us all. These are part of our constant goals to improve and provide a premier service.
